Since 1935, Yoshida & Co. has been manufacturing bags and other luggage pieces according to old Japanese craftsmanship exclusively in Japan. Inspired by military clothing and bags prioritizing functionality and durability, the successful producer launched its own brand under the name Porter in the early 1960s. The label relies on high-quality and durable nylon qualities for the production. The nylon qualities also originate from Japan, are extremely robust and at the same time are characterized by a special look and a soft surface feel. In order to always guarantee the best possible quality, each bag is made entirely by one skilled artisan - from the cut to the last stitch.
